Proximity Switch Manufacturer in India Since 1985

Inductive, capacitive, photoelectric, magnetic and NAMUR sensors, designed and built at our own plant in Vikhroli, Mumbai, to IEC 60947-5-2.

Our Clients

Our sensors are trusted by top companies across India, reaffirming our reputation for quality, performance, and value.

Sensors from this plant run in Bosch, Siemens, Honeywell, Bharat Electronics, Ashok Leyland, Exide and MRF lines across India.

Why buy from Accent

Accent Controls
1985Founded in Mumbai

Our own plant, not an import label

Proximity switches have been designed and built at our facility in Vikhroli, Mumbai, since 1985.

1987German design lineage

Kastl Electronic collaboration

A technical collaboration with Kastl Electronic GmbH, Germany, brought thick-film hybrid circuitry to Indian sensor manufacture for the first time.

1990First SMT sensor line in India

Surface-mount before anyone else here

The first Indian company to build sensors on a surface-mount line, for smaller housings and repeatable quality.

100%Burn-in tested

Every unit, not a sample

Each switch is burn-in tested, with 100% in-process and post-production inspection and over 90% of joints machine-soldered.

IEC60947-5-2

Rated the way the standard defines it

Sn, Sa, hysteresis and repeat accuracy are specified to IEC 60947-5-2. ISO certified. See how we test.

What we make

What We Offer

Every switch below is designed and manufactured at our Mumbai plant to IEC 60947-5-2, and stocked for short domestic lead times. We supply aerospace, industrial automation, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, textile, cement and packaging plants across India.

Inductive range at a glance

DC 3-wire inductive proximity switches (D30C series). 10 to 30 V DC, reverse-polarity protected, IP67, −10 to +70 °C. Hysteresis ≤15% of Sn, repeat accuracy ≤10%, temperature drift ≤10% of Sn.

Sn and Sa as defined in IEC 60947-5-2: Sn is the rated figure, Sa is the distance at which operation is assured for any unit under any permitted condition. Also available as 2-wire DC, 2-wire AC (40 to 250 V AC), NAMUR and analog (0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA). Nickel-plated brass housing, stainless steel on request. Replacing an imported sensor?

Send us the part number you use today. We will reply with the Accent equivalent, its rated distance to IEC 60947-5-2, and a price, built and stocked in Mumbai rather than shipped in.

We regularly cross-reference Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs, Autonics, Telemecanique / OsiSense, ifm, Turck and Balluff part numbers.
